Feel free to check my profile, and you can see that I recently earned the achievements for completing Nuclear Option, as well as for hitting level 50, meaning it's working just fine for me. I've been using mods since pretty early on, and have been using Achievements from the Nexus for quite some time.

I have 1 mod that doesn't require the script extender and I tried a mod that does.
